Key ISHC Personnel

Vivian Sisneros Jr. – President

Vivian Sisneros, Jr., with over twenty years in mechanical contracting, has expertise in negotiations, project management and small business development. He creates and maintains mutually beneficial partnerships and relationships with other industry professionals, owners, vendors and service providers.

Established in 1987, ISHC serves as one of the largest HVAC design-build companies in New Mexico, specializing in commercial installations for higher education campuses through grade schools, hotels, retail and community centers, business offices and government buildings.

In 2005, Vivian established G90 Manufacturing to source ductwork to ISHC and its competitors. The 33,000 sq. ft. fully automated production shop now averages $2.5 million in revenue each year with sales reaching from California to Texas and with out-of-state sales boosting local New Mexico economy.

With the growing requirement of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for HVAC installation, Vivian founded BIMCo in 2011. As a result, BIMCo now provides BIM services to many of ISHC’s competitors and has also benefitted from relationships developed by G90. BIMCo has participated in many projects across the region such as Eunice Uranium Enrichment Facility, Intel (Chandler, AZ), Regal Theater, Manual Lujan Tax & Revenue, Atrisco Heritage High School, Sandia High School, Kirtland Air Force Base Shopping Center, The Nieghborhood In Rio Rancho and Guadalupe Regional Medical Center, to name a few. BIMCo is currently implementing new technology into the construction industry such as the Robotic Total Stations which are saving 10-15% on man hours for hanger and layout time.

Having successfully and significantly grown three businesses since 1995, Vivian Sisneros, Jr. continues to establish innovative and market changing strategies so that ISHC, G90 Mfg. and BIMCo stay competitive and profitable in this evolving economy.
